Follow these steps to get your electronic invoice, depending on where you made the purchase.
Please note:
If you made your purchase from Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Canada, Chile, El Salvador, Spain, United States, Honduras, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, United Kingdom or Uruguay, your ticket is your electronic invoice, you will not have to make any additional requests.
If you made your purchase from Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Canada, Chile, El Salvador, Spain, United States, Honduras, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, United Kingdom or Uruguay, your ticket is your electronic invoice, you will not have to make any additional requests.
Colombia
- If you need to request your electronic invoice with recipient information, follow these steps:
- Go to Electronic invoice.
- Select a query option, either, "Reservation Code" or "Document number."
- Enter the reservation code or document number, select the country where you made the purchase, and the date.
- Click on Search invoice and complete the additional fields for invoice issuance.
- You will receive the invoice in your email, or you can download it directly.
- If you made your purchase before September 1, 2024, your airline ticket is equivalent to your electronic invoice.
- If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, please contact them directly to request your electronic invoice.
- If you purchased miles through lifemiles, you will not be able to obtain an electronic invoice issued in Colombia. This is because the products Buy Miles, Transfer Miles, Gift Miles, and Multiply Your Miles are managed by Points, a Canada-based company, and their billing complies with that country's regulations.
Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, and Panama
- Go to Electronic invoice.
- Select an option, "Reservation code" or "Document number".
- Enter the Reservation code or Document number, select the country where you made the purchase and the date.
- Click on "Search invoice" and complete the additional fields.
- You will receive the invoice in your email or you can download it directly.
Dominican Republic
- If you made your purchase at one of our sales points in the Dominican Republic or on our website with the Dominican Republic as the purchase country, we will send an electronic consumer invoice in the passenger's name to the contact email provided at the time of booking, within 24 hours after the purchase.
Other countries
If you made your purchase from Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Canada, Chile, El Salvador, Ecuador, Spain, United States, Honduras, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, United Kingdom or Uruguay, your ticket is your electronic invoice, you will not have to make any additional requests.
