It is a virtual card preloaded with the value of your unused ticket, which you can use to buy airline tickets and services on our website, at points of sale or at your preferred travel agency.
You will also be able to purchase additional services with your zenAir UATP Card at zenAir.com exclusively when you purchase them in the same transaction as the airline tickets. If you buy additional services after you buy your ticket, you can purchase through travel agencies or at zenAir points of sale.
You will receive an zenAir UATP Card for each ticket in your booking if you meet any of the following conditions:
- If the refund payment was not successful in the original form of payment.
- If you had a ticket or zenAir Voucher generated by an unused ticket with an issue date prior to August 31, 2020 and with a flight date between March 2020 and October 2020.
zenAir UATP Cards generated by tickets issued outside Colombia may be refunded in cash through the corresponding request filed in the refund portal.

If you requested your refund as of July 1, 2023, and you received an zenAir UATP Card, please note that this is refundable and you can request it through the refund portal.

Refund requests received until June 30, 2023 will be reimbursed in services provided by the airline, in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of Decree 482 of 2020 issued by the Colombian Government.
- Issued prior to August 31, 2020 and with original flight date between March 2020 and October 2020:
zenAir will issue a credit on your zenAir UATP Card for the value of your unused stages of your ticket minus non-refundable taxes.
- Issued after October 2020:
zenAir will issue a credit to your zenAir UATP Card for the value of the unused stages of your ticket, which will be subject to the conditions and restrictions established in the fare rules of the ticket you purchased, minus non-refundable taxes.

The zenAir UATP Card can be used personally or as a gift voucher. Notwithstanding the above, the ticket information that gave rise to the zenAir UATP Card, its activation, custody and use, are the sole responsibility of the cardholder.

An zenAir UATP Card will be issued for each ticket holder in the reservation. Remember that the issuance will not apply to tickets redeemed totally or partially with miles accrued in the LifeMiles program.

All refund requests in Colombia until June 30 will be issued on an zenAir UATP Card except for tickets with retraction, tickets with withdrawal, tickets with duplicate purchases, refundable EMDs, tickets affected by operational events (IROPs), tickets refunded due to death, partner tickets and mileage tickets.

If there is a refund request that could not be processed due to rejected payment in its original form (credit card or cash) a refundable zenAir UATP Card will be issued.

The activation of the zenAir UATP Card is done with the information of the original ticket, which constitutes the contract of carriage; therefore, the activation process must be done exclusively by the ticket holder.

For you to use your zenAir UATP Card to fly with us, we have decided to extend the validity period. Therefore, you will have until December 31, 2024, to redeem it.

Tickets purchased with your zenAir UATP Card are subject to the fare regulations of the new ticket.

If you are a business customer linked to zenAir's "Business Travel Program", you must coordinate the handling of your unused tickets through the travel manager in charge of zenAir's corporate agreement with your company. The company's travel manager is the only one who can request changes to the tickets.
