At ZenAir, we believe travel should be as light as air. We understand that plans change, and we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be as flexible and transparent as possible. Whether you're facing a change in schedule or a change of heart, here is everything you need to know about managing your booking.

1. The 24-Hour "Breath of Fresh Air" Guarantee

Regardless of your fare type, any flight booked directly through ZenAir can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the booking was made at least 7 days (168 hours) before the scheduled departure. No fees, no questions asked.

2. Cancellation by Fare Class

Your flexibility depends on the fare type selected at the time of booking:

3. How to Cancel Your Flight

• Live Chat: Connect with a ZenAir guide via our 24/7 web chat.

• Global Support: Call our concierge team (fees may apply for phone bookings).

Note: If you booked through a third-party travel agency or website (e.g., Expedia or Kayak), you must contact them directly to process your cancellation.

4. No-Shows and Late Cancellations

To ensure we can offer seats to other travelers, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to departure.

• Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 2 hours of flight time, the ticket value will be forfeited.

• No-Shows: Failure to check in or board results in the automatic cancellation of all remaining segments of your itinerary without a refund.

5. Flight Disruptions by ZenAir

If ZenAir cancels your flight or a schedule change exceeds 4 hours, you are entitled to:

1. Rebooking on the next available ZenAir flight at no extra cost.

2. A full refund to your original payment method, even for non-refundable tickets.

3. A ZenAir Travel Voucher with an additional 10% bonus value as a thank you for your patience.
