Life is unpredictable, but your travel doesn't have to be. ZenAir offers a streamlined flight change policy designed to get you where you need to go with minimal stress. If you need to shift your dates, hop on an earlier flight, or change your destination entirely, here is how we handle it.
1. Standard Change Fees
The cost to change your flight depends on your fare class and how close you are to your departure date.

What is "Fare Difference"? > If your new flight costs more than your original ticket, you will need to pay the difference. If the new flight is cheaper, ZenFlex and Cloud9 passengers will receive the difference as a ZenAir Travel Credit.
2. Same-Day Confirmed Changes
Need to leave a little earlier or stay a few hours longer? If there is a seat available on another flight on the same day as your original departure, you can request a Same-Day Confirmed Change.
Request Window: Starts 24 hours before your original flight.
Cloud9 & ZenFlex Members: Complimentary.
EcoLite Members: $40 flat fee (no fare difference required).
3. How to Change Your Flight
Changing your itinerary is simple and can be done in three ways:
Online: Visit the "My Zen" portal and select "Modify Flight."
Mobile App: Swipe on your boarding pass and select "Change Flight Options."
At the Airport: Visit a ZenAir kiosk or speak with a gate agent (available up to 60 minutes before departure).
4. Change Limitations
Route Changes: You may change your destination, but fare differences will apply based on the new route's current market price.
Name Changes: For security reasons, ZenAir does not allow name changes (transferring a ticket to another person).
Third-Party Bookings: Tickets purchased through travel agents or external sites must be modified through those specific providers.
5. The "Peace of Mind" Exception
If your flight change is necessitated by a documented medical emergency or jury duty, ZenAir may waive change fees upon receipt of official documentation. Please contact our Special Assistance Team for review.
